The Cleveland Browns selected Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 94th overall.
Gabriel becomes the fifth quarterback selected in the 2025 draft following Cam Ward, Jaxson Dart, Tyler Shough, and Jalen Milroe. The Hawaiian finished his collegiate career tied with Case Keenum for the FBS record in career passing touchdowns with 155.
Gabriel joins the Browns’ quarterback room after leading Oregon to a 13-1 record and being named Big Ten Player of the Year. Cleveland currently boasts a unit that includes Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett. Deshaun Watson could miss the start of the 2025 season due to an Achilles injury.
