The San Antonio Spurs signed guard De’Aaron Fox to a four-year, $229-million max extension, Fox’s agent Rich Paul told ESPN’s Shams Charania on Monday.
The new contract doesn’t include a player option and keeps Fox in San Antonio through the 2029-30 season.
Fox’s extension begins in the last year of Victor Wembanyama’s rookie contract. The Frenchman’s eligible for a rookie extension next offseason.
