The Boston Celtics live to fight another day as they win game 5. Jayson Tatum led the Celtics to victory with 31 points and 10 rebounds. The young small forward came to play and had a bounce back game compared to game 4. Jaylin Brown help out his teammate by adding 28 points and 8 rebounds coming just short of a double-double. The Celtics struggled early but found their rhythm in the second half by playing lockdown defense on the Miami Heat.
Miami on the other hand had this game in the bag but they blew it. Goran Dragic led the Heat in scoring dropping 23 points. Duncan Robinson also stepped up by adding 20 but he went cold in the second half. Jimmy Butler had a mediocre game with 17 points. Bam Adebayo was also mediocre on both sides of the ball as Dragic finished with some crafty layups on the big. The Heat shot a abysmal 19% from 3 which was there down fall. The Heat are still in control of this series despite losing this game, they’re up 3-2 and are looking to close things out on Sunday.
