BUCCANEERS (6-3) at PANTHERS (3-6)
The Buccaneers are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Saints. The Panthers narrowly lost to the Chiefs last week. Tampa Bay is looking for the season sweep of Carolina in this game.

after last night yeah, you know, it’s a hard one for me to say when Philip Rivers doesn’t make mistakes that team is very tough to be you know, the problem is they don’t run the ball good enough right now consistently. And then when I happen to take too many chances even last night as a couple of times like what would you think and you know, as an experienced quarterback, but that’s always kind of been as I’m always you know, that risk taker So, you’re gonna throw you know, make you a lot of plays, but he’s also gonna turn the ball over a lot. that’s ultimately what you know, drove him out of San Diego is you know, the good play you know, the bad plays and turnovers good plays and I think there is a sense that you know, he comes in place and he’s gonna make plays last night he corrected that Tennessee defense

no, I don’t even think you had a bad game they just fell behind and they you know, they and they can never really and read them especially a second first time even if it was pretty consistent but the second half you know, a couple good runs you know and then you know the bigger throw the ball on first down you know incomplete pass and then I got lost once you you know, you missed that incomplete on first down you know, you put you behind the change and really got you then you really have to abandon that run until you’re first down so I just really decided the second half of the watch that first drive of the game you know, the balance you know, keeping the codes off balance you know, run pass and it was easy and on ease I oh wow the thing that they can never find that rhythm again.

Can you see Tennessee regroup again and and then beat that force in the AFC again?

Oh, yeah. There’s definitely room for them. Yeah, I think they definitely made the playoffs. That’s not bad. You know, they’re, they’re just not. They haven’t really played up their expectations in a second in the, in the secondary especially in defense. You know, they’re making a lot of mistakes, leaving a lot of people open. season that was Yeah, you didn’t throw against Tennessee you know? Because you know they they covered well in the plan put a potential but that doesn’t mean they won’t get there. You know they have a lot of playmakers I think clowny but he’s not getting a lot of sacks and seeing some Crusher, Jeffery Simmons up front is that I think once I get back on groove, you know, you know, maybe there’s 10 days stretch, you know, we’ll set up back up, you know, I think, especially the season, you know, I think they ran on a genuine, you know, the first couple weeks after that I covid out, right, they played well. And they played the Steelers down to the wire. And you know, they came up short, and then they go to Cincinnati and just really late and so I think you play a Chicago who a beat and but if you don’t play Chicago, that’s a hard hitting team, you know, and the goal is to play a game on Thursday night, they show the effects of that. So, take 10 days off to recuperate and I think you’re gonna see different types.

First matchup, the Buccaneers at the Panthers. The Panthers came close with the chiefs. Ryan buccaneers came with a awful loss. Maybe the worst game Tom Brady, I mean I’ve ever seen in my life. Who do you have for that matchup?

I definitely think the Buccaneers I think they had a rough week of practice. I’m sure Bruce Arians let him know how bad and one other thing she doesn’t baby maybe he didn’t know ready for it awful. And he needs to play better if they’re going to win. So I think with that being said I definitely see a much better effort from the Buccaneers and again another advantage played well on Sunday you know they get Christian McCaffrey back but you know then he goes in injures his shoulder so he’s well I think listed today is doubtful. So most likely, I don’t

So you know use him again. I don’t know what you’re gonna get for the Panthers. You know, they definitely have the same team without him. I think having Christian McCaffrey back definitely give him a pep in their step you know the other day but I think the Buccaneers get back on track.

Now after last week’s loss against the saints do you put the saints in a different thought now like okay, well the saints weren’t doing well but then when they beat the Bucs like well, they could be you know, the best team in the NFC sometimes but

yeah, yes because this is the first week they seemed like they really got fully healthy and often you know, a Michael Thomas Beck isn’t playing forever. When are all their weapons you know, they’re you know with Kamara and Murray running upon them you know, Sanders and Thomas on the outside it’s just a good team, you know, balance offensively and Drew Brees again you know when you get these veteran quarterback you know for every performance you know, he had a he still have a tom brady performance icon right to have you know, he’s due for one of those, you know, you’re not gonna get that consistent, you know, 16 week performance and these quarterbacks guy in the high 30s, early 40s. So but I think that’s the point of you know, finding that running game the last last couple years has taken a lot of pressure off Drew Brees, but they definitely need Michael Thomas out there because he he’ll help their running game by just having him out there take no they can’t put all those people in the back. have Haskins I will put him back in you know, but this kind of solidifies I think his days as a starter in Washington you know, might be over for Haskins you know when you make a move like that guy putting in a quarterback right i think was a nice story frankly, you know, didn’t help their chances of winning honestly throwing three interceptions but it’s a nice story thing Alex my star you know, like, but, you know, even though the Washington Football Club is two and six, they still have everything to play with because the division is is not very good. Yeah, you know Packers win this game pretty easily so definitely going to go as done to win by this point i think you know the Jaguars are going the wrong direction in one coaching organization because I think you know, they’re gonna get high and I think they’re gonna draft a quarterback and I think when you draft a quarterback or hire a coach you know so they can grow together.

We think about Jake Luton, a Oregon State alum had a good good showing last week but he lost the game but we think about this quarterback potential or not really.

I don’t think he’s a potential starter long term. No, I think you know, the ending of the draft back but who is going to be that term long term backup quarterback they’re gonna be mentioned with me Lou and I think that’s where the junk organizations kind of dealing with right now. I don’t think either one of them went to long term starter. I mean, this this franchise is basically with the moves they made is trying to not be competitive. I think you know, the hope was, you know, that they’d be able to get a hydration and I know they talked about travel lines but there’s other good quarterbacks too in this draft you know, with feel and Wilson from BYU you’re gonna find a winner out there. So I I said I don’t think they’re starting next year to do one of those to quarterback.

We’re just enjoying the ride, you know? Enjoying, you know, team that’s quality that plays well, and it’s fun to watch like last week, you know, they they out? They don’t just beat the Seahawks. They outscore the Seahawks. You know, there’s a couple weeks I think we saw Josh Allen, you know, maybe not regress but kind of go back to some of the things he struggled with early on in his career, but it definitely you know, when he’s on his receivers, and hammering rhythm, they’re tough enough stop.

Let’s go to the game of the week or game of Sunday that Ryan Krista will be watching the Broncos at the Raiders. The Broncos had could have came back against the Falcons but didn’t pull through. A lot not really because I think the data is our quality football team you know solid on both sides of all their careers having a fantastic season can take a full quarter on the backs of Vasco laces out they fall behind you know in the third quarter they gain or they try to make vallon epic the fourth quarter two weeks ago they’re able to do that last week they fell short you know they’re gonna need the you know as part of the progression of Jake or jewel aka they gotta be able to play four quarters of football but you know still injury struggles on all sides of the ball how’s it going to get very very difficult again I’ll pick the Broncos but I my with my heart but my husband I think the Raiders will win this game

in the first week you know, the, the chain Gailey really didn’t lead to what you’re much effectively getting, they gave him more freedom. Let him throw the ball a little bit more. And he made some plays. I still don’t think that I did with the whole playbook. But I think they found the formula to win, you know, I mean, let’s just say I think Brian Flores is the best coach, you know, right now or the coach of the year in the NFL. I think you know, I think there is you know, early on you know, I think we all thought that teachers to take a step back and they won their first two games and I’m like, okay, maybe the champion will say this team that we’re seeing this team is you know, the roster talent isn’t really there so it’s really not Can you install as much as it just is this kind of depleted I think the pictures kind of got take a step back. You know, they got to get younger and more talented so it’s this kind of part of growth as an NFL team.

I like the Rams. And this game also I think was the heart good team. While they bet Russell Wilson is playing it, you know, MVP caliber season, but actually he struggled a little bit with turnovers that that defense is not very good right now. So Seahawks he was Jamal Adams back there you know they give up a lot of yards they approached recorded like that seven seconds the bills but also they definitely are weak in the back end so I think getting a golf and the cable find some mismatches you know and kind of pick apart this Seahawks and I think they’ll get enough stops defensively to win the game so I’m gonna go with the Rams.

But you know, you can make a case for either team.

This, this is a do or die for the Patriots. They got to keep their season alive. They escaped against the Jets. But I I mean, I really think the Ravens in the coming out party and being on national TV on Sunday night. That could definitely be the sign of that. So I’m gonna say the Ravens win.
