Former head football coach and Gator legend Steve Spurrier will open the new Spurrier’s Gridiron Grille. The restaurant will feature a rooftop bar, named appropriately ‘Visors’, a museum highlighting Spurrier’s football career, and of course great food.
The restaurant is expected to open its doors in mid-June. The spot is aiming to employ more than 300 people from the Gainesville area.
“It’s about to be the ninth largest in Florida…stop by we’ll make em feel at home,” said Spurrier.
