During the NFL Draft 2021, the New York Football Giants had the opportunity to select outside linebacker Micah Parsons at pick 11, but decided to trade down and Parsons ended up at the Dallas Cowboys.
One of the main issues that the Giants had with Parsons was that he had behavioral issues. So far, he has had no issues in Dallas.
Parsons played college football at Penn State, where he was named a Consensus All-American, the Butkus–Fitzgerald Linebacker of the Year, and the Cotton Bowl Defensive MVP as a sophomore in 2019, before being drafted by the Cowboys in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
