San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy is medically cleared to participate in training camp, general manager John Lynch announced Tuesday, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
“The great news is Brock has worked his tail off and he’s ready to go,” Lynch told reporters.
Purdy, who underwent offseason elbow surgery after suffering a complete tear of the UCL in his throwing arm during last season’s NFC Championship Game, will be on a pitch count.
