Tottenham Hotspur secured their first victory of the season Saturday with a straightforward 2-0 win at home over Manchester United.
Pape Sarr, 20, opened the scoring just minutes into the second half – his first goal for Spurs – before Manchester United’s comeback bid was scuppered by Lisandro Martinez’s late own goal.
Spurs now have four points on the season, one more than a Manchester United team that’s only managed to score once in its first two Premier League games.
