Dallas Cowboys edge rusher Micah Parsons suffered a high ankle sprain in Thursday’s 20-15 win over the New York Giants, sources told NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
His status reportedly has yet to be determined.
Parsons was slated to undergo an MRI on his left ankle Friday after being carted to the locker room in the fourth quarter of the prime-time game.
The Cowboys star said postgame that he knew “very little” about the injury but would “try to get back next week,” according to ESPN’s Todd Archer. Parsons mentioned that his X-rays came back negative.
