Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels left Sunday’s 40-7 win over the Carolina Panthers due to a rib injury.
Daniels was checked by doctors after an offensive drive and was in visible pain on the sideline before walking to the locker room for X-rays. He was replaced by Marcus Mariota.
Daniels’ mother posted on X that the initial round of testing went well and that her son is “fine.”
