Eberechi Eze completed his return to boyhood club Arsenal ahead of the team’s meeting with Leeds United on Saturday.
The Gunners reached an agreement to sign Eze from Crystal Palace for around £68 million, beating out local rivals Tottenham Hotspur to his signature, according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein.
The 27-year-old signed a long-term contract with Arsenal before he was introduced to fans at the Emirates Stadium. He wasn’t part of Mikel Arteta’s matchday squad to face Leeds.
