The Miami Dolphins presented a plan to host fans in their stadium during home games amid the coronavirus pandemic.
During a segment on ABC’s “Good Morning America” show Tuesday morning, Dolphins CEO Tom Garfinkel unveiled mock-ups of new entrances and social distancing strategies for Hard Rock Stadium to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
One change would involve entering and exiting the stadium. Another includes colored spots on the ground leading to the entrance gates, while keeping the necessary distance between fans as they enter the stadium. Hard Rock Stadium’s seating capacity is 65,326, but adjusting to the social distancing guidelines would force spacing and the Dolphins could limit attendance to 15,000.
