the NFL sent a memo on Tuesday to all teams regarding the ticket refund policy that will apply to games that are canceled or played without fans present, and that will apply to all teams.

“[A]ll clubs will have in place a policy under which, if a game is cancelled, or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, anyone purchasing a ticket directly from the club (i.e., season tickets, group sales and/or partial season plans) will have the option of either receiving a full refund or applying the amount paid toward a future ticket purchase directly from the club,” the memo from Commissioner Roger Goodell explains.

“In preparing for all elements of the 2020 season, including the schedule release, we have considered the unique circumstances facing us this year, and have been clear that all of our decisions will be guided by medical and public health advice and will comply with government regulations,” Goodell writes. “We will be prepared to make necessary adjustments just as we have in other contexts, such as the offseason program and the draft.

The Ravens Re-Sign Veteran OLB Pernell McPhee Back to the Flock

In an effort to continue to bolster their already solid defense, the Baltimore Ravens have re-signed veteran OLB Pernell McPhee to a 1-year contract. The former 5th round selection from the 2011 NFL Draft is working hard to return after suffering a season ending triceps injury in 2019. Running back Frank Gore is signing a one-year deal with the New York Jets, his agent, Drew Rosenhaus, tells ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Gore, the third-leading rusher in NFL history, kept on churning in his 15th season, passing Barry Sanders on the league’s career leaderboard in 2019. Gore had 15,347 career rushing yards by the end of last season, trailing only Emmitt Smith and Walter Payton.

Gore, who turns 37 on May 14, has given no indication that he intends to retire but had suggested on social media that the Bills should re-sign him.

ESPN has reached an agreement with Eclat Media Group to air games from the KBO League, the professional baseball outfit in South Korea.

The Disney-owned network has reached an agreement with Eclat Media Group to air games from the KBO League, the professional baseball outfit in South Korea. The KBO League will kick off its season on Tuesday.

ESPN will air six games a week, starting with Opening Day – NC Dinos vs. Samsung Lions – on Tuesday, May 5, at 1 a.m. ET / Monday, May 4, at 10 p.m. PT. As part of the agreement, ESPN will become the exclusive English-language home for KBO League live games and highlights for the 2020 season. The deal includes the postseason and the Korea Series best-of-seven championship.

Two different, you know, countries really, you know, Korea from day one has been very proactive, you know, you know, having mass and social distancing. So they’re kind of ahead of the game us and they were able to kind of prevent, you know, those huge major spikes and, you know, major areas and, you know, that’s why they’re kind of able to go back and you know, normal what is normal to them right now is and baseball investor sport baseball. MLB you know, like you said baseball, but that’s what animals in football. I totally agree with that. And, you know, I hear you know, during the day you’ll hear go major outlets reporting different you know, solutions, you know, I don’t know if it’s true or not true. I just believe, I think no later than August 1, we’ll see baseball what that what that looks like, I’m not sure. But I think they’ll definitely know how long things are going. I don’t I just think we’ll definitely see baseball, I just don’t know, if we’ll be in home stadiums, or maybe just a couple of stadiums. And I think, you know, once we can get, you know, you know, a solution and sense of testing and keeping, you know, so I guess, I think what you got to look at baseball, and I think people are concerned that baseball players is that they’re going to literally back themselves and a hotel room for, you know, a couple months, you know, and then all they do is play baseball. So there’s more testing and more access for players to bring their families on in. I think that’s going to be the best solution. I think that’s what the players are like.

Two different things. You know, I think ideally what they would like is June 10. Players report to Arizona for a three week, you know, spring training, get back and saved the pictures. I thought they were starting July 1. That’s too much wishful thinking, I think, I think August 1, the more that’s taken, that’s probably only gonna be 1618. The top season. And again, you know, it’s hard enough to play baseball in New York and Boston in October, nonetheless, November so there’s definitely got to be some creative outcomes when it comes to the end of the season for baseball, but everybody’s got to be creative. You know, this is definitely not even when we get back to normalcy, it’s not gonna completely

This is what the government’s A this is what the rest I you know, there’s gonna be a lot of us you know, and I think that carried over the head of the players want to get paid, you know, and if there’s no games so I think your players are very vocal I think in there. What happens and they vote they vote yes for so. I think you’ll see outrage for players, you know, again, if the climate outside doesn’t change, but again, I think the player Wanna get paid?

So you know, eventually you know, if he stays on this course you’re going to have to pay up so again, the Chiefs want to be comes to us on they’re kind of paying these big contracts out mahomes is because you know, you’re paying kind of minimum salary for you know, the MVP to legally now, and so, Raven, so you gotta kind of make make good while you can. So you To kind of overpay for everybody else you bolster up your roster and you take advantage that you know and then when I was gonna choose your quarterback over anybody else I just like to teach them choose mahomes of anybody out there so again they’re gonna pay a lot can probably told arrived or go down a little bit. And same with the Ravens in a couple of years when they got up Hey, Lamar Jackson. But you know, I don’t think our test because he knows that acceleration but yeah, he’s definitely you know, better than average he’s more than average or running, you know, as a quarterback and can make plays, you know, I think you know the Ravens to be successful for a long time, he’s got to start turning, you know, using those ladies extend the play and get the ball downfield again with players getting bigger and stronger on a decent side. You can’t guarantee your quarterback running all the time. So you know they’re trying to give him the solid weapons around him and so as he comes out better passer and it will hoping you know, his consistency will be there over time. And he’ll you know, start to work to throw the ball more than run the ball. But right now, I think that’s the formula. You know, that kind of that college, you know, option you won’t have That was different than a Drew Brees or Tom Brady has, you know, they don’t, they’re not gonna run the ball. So you you kind of again, you’re a struggle, and I think the Ravens do know, before the league figures it out or you know, they got they got their windows open for a championship and I’m going to change that kind of really separating themselves from the rest of the NFL. But, you know, just the AFC North in general. What an interesting question. The Ravens know this. Well, he needed a backup quarterback more than the Steelers last year and they have yet to address that. You know, I do believe in Mason Rudolph, but I think they gave him plenty of chances last year and again, I don’t think he’s that bad of a quarterback. But I think the neurotoxins burden at the capability to play 16 games in a season right now. I think Brian crystal, the angel, which is drafted Joe Berg, whether they I don’t think they will know us but I think the excitement level there and the future looks really bright. It’s all things come together. And then the biggest question mark of all the Cleveland Browns a team we thought was going to take the next step last year and they took two steps back so you know what, I think you know, you’re gonna get better coaching I think that they can just, you know, keep Odell Beckham in line. And, and just as Ryan said his son is entering his freshman year at Mississippi this season so he has like, two three years to get to his father which I think his father wants to be around. He wants to break that once I break it. record is not a record that you know father and son the same week but has never been seen before Of course Frank or is it Miami native so I know really well but why didn’t Tampa Bay sign them or like the dolphins

cuz i think i think Tampa Bay wouldn’t make sense the dolphins I think when you got you’re not they’re not like the design of the old button players for the short term I think the dolphins you see everything they’re doing after this year, but beyond this year, so again, that will not make a Tolson before a little further along than adults and I believe but and who knows, we’ll see when the games get started the Tampa Bay it kind of makes sense because adding Tom Brady to that often, you know makes them from you know, a 500 foot thought into this, you know in the contention In the NFC title, so I guess you know, I, I don’t know think go ahead the chairman. So I think the the bills want to keep playing beyond Gordon give us games of that. Yeah. Clear, you know, again, you know what’s running backs, like 30 years old every time you got plenty back to this carry that so many times and 37 years old, there’s just a lot of question marks. He brings more of a leadership, so maybe his character will shine off and, you know, play a questionable character like Lady I’m Belle. So I think maybe so that sort of thinking. Again, you know, I think that there’s probably more question marks in the answers. But yeah, had a fantastic career.

I think there’s years old upset about that, but getting $3 million a year back quarterback in the Kansas you only can make $7 I think he just kind of wanted a shot. The Cowboys You know, I think they really did want to see what he can do as a starting quarterback and those guys have Dak Prescott still under fire you know i mean this tour bus you know they’ve got drafted and CD lamb. Again, this is good to watch live sports, you know, I don’t usually you know, with, you know, Korea and Japan and we do have a couple of American players over there. So, Oh, I didn’t know that. Actually, that you know, a lot of you know, when you have two players who are, you know, longer no longer able to get to the major leagues, you know, and they don’t want to play that grind of AAA baseball.
