Superstar teams have been a common commodity in the NBA in recent years. Recently, Frank Vogel winning with the Los Angeles Lakers with Lebron James and Anthony Davis, Steve Kerr winning with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Kevin Durant. But did these teams needed a good coach? Or can they win with mediocre coaches?

Each of these super star teams needs a system to help these super start teams to create that chemistry to win. “Steve Kerr brought in a new system and how the players react to the system. So yes, I think they do matter.”
