The United States men’s national team won Group B at the Concacaf Gold Cup on Sunday by edging Canada 1-0 on a record-breaking goal by defender Shaq Moore for the team’s 11th straight win. The Tenerife man scored the fastest recorded goal in USMNT history, grabbing the winner just 20 seconds in. It started with a lovely ball from Kellyn Acosta, who got it out to the left to Sebastian Lletget, with the Los Angeles Galaxy defender needing just one touch to feed it across the face of the goal where Moore was waiting for the simple tap in.
