NFL owners have approved the proposal to allow players to wear No. 0, reports NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero.
The rule change was proposed by the Philadelphia Eagles, who also wanted to create a fourth-and-20 alternative to the onside kick. However, that proposal has been tabled by NFL owners, according to Pelissero.
