San Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert has requested a trade.
Mostert’s agent Brett Tessler made the announcement Wednesday afternoon.
Mostert reportedly requested a pay increase after playing a significant role in the 49ers run to the Super Bowl last season. According to Tessler, those talks have not produced satisfactory results for Mostert.
Mostert, 28, tallied 952 yards from scrimmage and 10 touchdowns during a breakout regular season last year. He upped his performance in the postseason, totaling 344 yards from scrimmage and five touchdowns over three playoff games as the 49ers fell short against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. – Read More.
