This is the conference championships. Um, and then after, so hold on. I’m trying to get my things straight after this. The bowl season calls for playoff then national game and this crazy COVID year is done. I’m actually probably more than likely. What will be done maybe on time, I should say, I don’t know, probably done time. It’s obviously cancellations. Due to COVID outbreaks and have been just monumental over the last month I think it was at the beginning, there was definitely some news that Oh, it’s not going to make it and logical components and it was going to make it especially anyone that choose to cancel immediately. But then it kind of turned around and I thought and a September through October is perfectly fine. That’s probably what allowed the big 10 Pac 12 last those conferences to get back. And but then once they started, it was downhill. Um, I believe, obviously big 10 pack 12 guy big 10 has had was to this off, right, I saw my add on 10 cancellations, the big 10 did schedule. reschedule. Um, so he gets 10 cancellations. They’ve had no reschedule. So they lost him games due to COVID reasons. And then the PAC 12 has add 13 cancellations. They had two conference reschedules a non conference game that they scheduled. And they also even this week and I’m going to get into it but basically Washington’s not allowed to play championship game. So the backup runner up in the conference Oregon is going to play against USC so that I guess is that replacement a but knocks out Colorado who’s going to play Oregon for like as third twice game or whatever? Whenever the match was doing, um, but somehow on loses the game. So then I guess it’s half a game. So they did. And then Colorado got that after game in early in the year when they got to play the non conference game against San Diego State. So basically, Pac 12 is rescheduled well to four games to add two half games equals three, four games. So 313, cancellations, three reschedules, I guess. And then just it’ll be 10 cancellations for that big 10. Hopefully you don’t have any. I haven’t heard anything so far. I don’t know. I know. There’s been a cancellation for sec and another one. I think some other conferences have had a couple like that. Well, like I said, had the Cal Arizona Game along with Washington had to be replaced by Oregon. And then Colorado ended up without appointments with an opponent. So three teams didn’t have an opponent. So just it’s you know, and the big 10 and especially the PAC 12 started later and I think it just got really hard for them to be able to to be able to finish off the season. Um, I guess I first look at the big 10 I’ll touch on them a little bit and then I’ll move into the PAC 12 and then I’ll probably touch on what I you know what I’m gonna touch on first what I think who I think is going to be the college football playoff teams, the four teams obviously there’s also a lot going on in college football right now. A lot of coaching openings. I’ve been following very closely. The opening at Auburn gospels on was fired my team Mario crystal ball, he the coaches actually You’ve been linked pretty significantly with the job I am not gonna go into much I don’t think Marcus wall takes a job I don’t know if it gets off a job I I’m skeptical that he’s gonna be the first option for a couple reasons. And I like a lot of things about Mario. I like one lot that he’s done it, Oregon and he’s terrific critter. I think he’s a very good man. He’s a good runner strong program and I think his team has played hard for him. But by if

what I thought was Auburn, what would that be my first choice? No reason why is okay, so he’s a good recruiter. That’s his number one thing. He’s a great recruiter. And that’s why he got the job at Oregon as an interim coach, he got promoted was because his recruiting admin, um, but as an actual coach. They’ve lost this year two games to two teams that have a combined record of three and seven. And those two teams Oregon State and Cal on were not talented teams and should not have been Oregon. On nine Oregon’s a young team. I know that they’ve lost a lot of people. But Oregon sells immensely more talent. When I predicted Oregon to go sixth and oh, in the preseason. It was based upon the fact that I felt like Oregon, just based on their talent on the roster. I have them in my formula baseline forego the 14th most talented roster in America but in the PAC 12. Second only the team they played this week USC and I actually really thought that USC was the only team that really had the guys that I could say that could really just athletically be better than Oregon. So then if you’re losing two guys to a team, that’s not as good. Why are you losing to them. And

mean, his first game ever against Boise State. It was first game ever and obviously services to the head coach left. But they lost to Boise State team that shouldn’t be weren’t as good talented. On the next year in 2018. He lost to Arizona by like almost 30 points. Arizona, Arizona was not a good team. They weren’t even a bowl team. They lost two. And they want to come on the games. They will routines that were very good, barely. But they won but then last year they lost Arizona State Arizona State wasn’t as good if they would have won that game. They made the college football playoff probably. But they they lost and then this year, they’ve lost a couple games. And then there’s been other games along the line. Last year, the year before and this year that I just think the roster wasn’t as good as Oregon’s at at the game was either way closer than it probably should have been or they lost. And when you ever wanted to sec West, if you’re going to be the head coach of Auburn, first of all, that’s a very high stress job. On the fan base. It’s pretty insufferable and hard to please. And third, and perhaps most important, is you are not the best team in your own state. The best team in that state of Alabama Crimson Tide adversity with ultra bowls. Alabama’s Crimson Tide didn’t win five national titles the last 11 years on and then in their same division, you have LSU, who’s won three national titles this century and just had the best team of college football last year. And you’re always in your town for in your division. Um, Texas a&m, who’s playing pretty good who’s been had top 10 classes last two years and is borderline cultural left team this year nothing stuff happens this year they might make the playoffs and then using the other division who you have to play every year because the Auburn and Georgia play every year. Georgia Bulldogs Cristobal dice is one of the best rosters in college football they haven’t quite gotten there but they’re the runner up and for the National a couple years ago that’s who you’re competing with you be a great recruiter is awesome but you’re really going to consistently out recruit LSU or exists layout recruit Alabama you’re going to consistently out recruit Georgia I don’t know I think it’d be tough so then you want to coach at Auburn. They You know what? Maybe you want to recruit out recruit them but you know what he knows how to get those pieces in the right place and get the most out of those guys that he has on that roster able to scheme scheme scheme. You if I were Auburn, I would get the best damn coach. That guy who you know is a better coach on an on basically schematic level, then Edwards run Nick Saban and I’m receiving this always is one of the best staffs college football so not only that with golf talent on LSU have staff turnover obviously that hurt them. Georgia is struggle offensively but defensively obviously the athletes and just smarter great deep defensive line. I’m so you’re dealing with very good coaches. And you do have an immense talent you see who is maybe not have not had as good a roster and has had optimal results. I can think of several people I should say several that’s a great figure if you could think of a guy who’s playing for the big 12 title it’s probably gonna have the number six ranked team in the country who if enough things happen might have college football playoff team Well, I think is one of the best coaches college football and that’s Matt Campbell. Ames, Iowa. Three hours that way. Three hours and 35 w heading south Hey guys Swing Coach. Now I don’t know I don’t feel take Auburn I feel is a Midwest guy. Um, he might wait for Notre Dame or something open up. I don’t know. He’s really Gosh. Luke tickle. done a tremendous job. at Cincinnati. He’s always undefeated. He has a top 10 team right now last year he had a couple losses play for the a c conference title year before that. He was a believer top 25 team I mean, he’s been very good at Ohio State. I mean, sorry. He’s actually wasn’t gonna state his interprets once. But uh, I just think of who is getting the most out of Hugh Freeze. my alma mater, Liberty University. FCS school only three years ago, went up to fps hired you free to freeze a couple years later has a nine in one with two victories over ACC teams and barely lost the third one North Carolina State was a good team seven and three.

The guy call at Carolina, North Carolina, I see a giussani besar Saraki. I can’t say the guy from BYU, who who has won a lot of games over teams is pretty good talent. USC last year. Obviously they’re good this year, they had almost top 10 team until they lost Coastal Carolina but be UFC last year to be Tennessee last year in Tennessee. I’m just thinking of coaches that man they have taken rosters that aren’t on that. that next level. On a baseline level. They don’t get those fours five star guys, Ruby, mostly three stars. And they’re beating teams. They’re more talented and you see coaches doing that and getting those guys that play consistently at a level better than what they should be. I’m going to show you guys how I understand why things get pushed out there and he is a crazy good recruiter. And that is a lot talent acquisition is such an important part. I think he’s a good culture guy that he he’s a he’s a guy that people like people that gravitated to I like Mario crystal ball. I just think it’s good for him to go to Auburn and then for him let’s talk about him personally. I settled about your second fiddle in Alabama you are going to a place that has LSU Georgia also Texas a&m and your own division you that the job security is not great look they fired gospels on Amazon’s had winning years I think every single year he’s been there he is competing for big for sec West he’s one sec was two times he’s three and five against Alabama they fireballs on a fire gene Chizik two years after he won national title they fired Tommy Tuberville after he led them to 30 no rosebowl wind probably could have been a national champion. Today’s they want to want it back when they add a Cadillac Williams and brown. I jason campbell um I you Oregon. He is the best facilities in the entire country. Definitely the PAC 12 Oregon’s only real rival for talent acquisition at USC, Oregon’s first or second pretty much every year have definitely been since Mario’s been there. They’re probably gonna have the Third Street number one recruiting class the conference. Um, they have a pretty tough North division Stanford and and Washington but as long as he gets good coaches in there and he’s a real nuff talent, I think they consistently can win the North. He’s playing for a second straight the weirdest way but whatever weird COVID back in then but he could win a second straight Pac 12 title um, and there’s pressure but he’s not on the hot seat and you’d probably take several pretty bad years where like, let’s say, say Lance’s third straight number one class and you’re like going in with high expectations he comes out and like this year has been a weird year COVID. postponing the season he had a bunch of players OPT outs I’ve always best players. So maybe the fact that maybe they do is USC, maybe they only end up three and three. And we understand all that deceives been through now next year if he comes back with problem with what I think on pay per view, the best roster but for sure Maxwell say no one will be better including USC. And then he ends up seven five or something then you know, people will start being like, oh, he needs to win with this talented guy. But it’s not like Aubrey, if you did that, if he went three and three in the night five the fire balls on on a stinking COVID year. It came during the middle of the pandemic he was six and four. He lost a ton on defense. But you know he’s not recruiting quite well enough. He’s kind of I think people felt feel he’s reached a ceiling and they just want to do something try something better try to to achieve at a higher level. They have really high expectations at Auburn. They did win the national title under Cam Newton. They did play for a national title under golf balls on. They have had good teams that

Auburn says I’ve been aligned stuff on college football in the 1990s. They had, you know, probation year but they were like undefeated. And then like six seven years later, they Undertaker Tuberville, they were undefeated number three team they didn’t get to play the national title. I never beat Ohio State as our caller versus USC. But they had a national title level team then six seven years later Cam Newton they win the national title actually beat Oregon arm and then like five years after that they play for the national title against Florida State we’re winning the game could have possibly been their second national title and in the century and then they lost but they have the ability to play for national titles. They have the ability to win sec they but they still are competing against Alabama who’s won five in the last 11 years on they they have LSU who’s won three national titles just one one on Texas a&m hasn’t been as good as offered but Texas a&m does have resources does have money does have Jimbo Fisher who won a national title overhaul bring effort to state and he’s hasm almost in the playoffs this year they’re like right there and then you got Georgia play for the National a couple years ago as one of the best rosters college football and you’ve got Florida they didn’t same conference just a lot more Oregon. I’m looking at USC and USC isn’t been that great and you get Washington is a good team here in there. But as a whole Oregon has been the best team even before Mario in the PAC 12 over the last 10 years. You see got their stuff together. USC has the ability of the blue blooded when several national titles in their history. But over the last like 11 years 12 years they’ve only won one Pac 12 title they haven’t been that good because Lane Kiffin disaster offers probation under Carroll than the link if in disaster and then the Steve Sarkeesian disaster play which is not very good either. So the program hasn’t necessarily been on the best trajectory and in it’s it’s really influenced their success level. But USC still USC as far as just being like one of the Big Blue Bloods in the history of college football, you go back to OJ Simpson and Marcus Allen and whites and lyndale what whatever why if rose named Reggie Bush Matt wine our window lightweight they’re on they’d have just a lot of like prestigious names have won national titles that are Pete Carroll, john Robinson and before him, so there is a person but when it comes to the last 12 years or so in the PAC 12 organized one five Pac 12 tiles they played for two national titles. It had 656 Top 10 finish it says have a five star brilliant seven, eight top 10 I’ve had five or six top five finishes looting last year. So that’s as good as you’re gonna get in the back wall and the conference is not very good. Oregon is probably the best job along with USC and it Oregon’s been better in recent memory. Auburn it’s not even though I said those good things. It’s not as good as Alabama. It’s not as good as LSU I still would say Georgia right now is probably a better job they played for a national title. They’ve won an SEC title before um, you’ve got Florida who’s one more nationals of Auburn this century they’ve won I mean, it’s this. This is the toughest conference and and get yours. This is a job that fire Tommy Tuberville fire gene Chizik fired Gus was on. So you’re playing a tough conference. You have to win at a high level you can but then you might get fired if you don’t achieve that level. I don’t know if he wants that. I don’t know he can play he can be the best in his conference and probably make it he could make in the next five, six years couple college football playoffs. I don’t know if he won that show. I don’t I would say probably not. But you could be in a comfortable playoff. And at Auburn, he might not for the simple reason that Alabama’s better LSU there. I mean, just just as simple as that. We’ll see. We’ll say so I digress. I asked him to the big 10 last week don’t have a whole lot to say. I did kind of, I watched two games and specifically I want to touch on, I’m sure. Okay. Last week I saw I didn’t watch a lot of big 10 I’ll be honest. So a little bit Minnesota Nebraska does a good job in Minnesota. They were down supposedly 30 some student athletes due to COVID restrictions. They’ve been hit hard by COVID my state we’re in front of Minnesota has been and PJ fleck got them ready and beat Nebraska honestly I almost say about a rasca that was my childhood team and I don’t know what to say about them. They lose so many games that I’d go in a fall that Minnesota was down all those guys and and I’m like, man, I can’t wait man as I was playing there. It’s awesome. What a job I just like to just get them out there. But I’m like, will they they’re gonna win. They win in a couple weeks it’s Illinois like Illinois their coaches on the hot seat Lovie Smith who is now fired and like I I just I don’t fake I think uracil when this one Nope, they get their butts kicked. There have a couple of good games here in there. But other than that foreign aid is first year after an O one six star five and seven is second year just getting blown out by teams like Ohio State and then this year um, I believe is two and five right? I’m correct. And then they play this week against Nebraska plays against

Rutgers on Friday night. It’s just in the limit I don’t know if they will Rutgers is three and five. Rutgers is looking much better under Greg shadow was a very good coach who Tennessee should have hired their fan base did iron wood, which is crazy, because look what they’ve done in a jury period, they are getting their just desserts. Crazy outcome works. But I don’t know I just I’m just at that waldos I’m just got one of those points with the braska that the quarterbacks have been inconsistent the offense has not been one I thought I was actually the defense has been better than this year. If they had a better offense that they could actually capitalize more on actually, I think more consistent defensive play. I’m not so great defense but better defense defense is is overall given up less yards. That’s not given as many explosive plays that has just been a little more efficient. But the offense he under frost and Frost was office coordinator at Oregon went to UCF with McKenzie Milton was not for sale by the way and just had it was a great offensive mind and people respected him so much for all he was able to do and I’ve just not seen it I’m not seeing I don’t forcible then they’re not a great team. He’s recruited pretty well but the problem is that’s another thing he has had so many transfers. The first class he came in which is kind of like your initial class where you get hired like you know you got hired after his last game UCF in December took the Nebraska job and then you end up having to close on the class early Signing Day was then to December and then actually signed a real talk about green a little bit is in two days. So Wednesday basically it’s one Monday night, Wednesday morning your ops people are signing those national letters of intent and getting their college college going. Um so he you know, he has additional class you have transfers he lost a lot guys like I transfer a couple guys that down the program. But then last year’s class had several grad transfers this year’s class which was the top 20 class he’s had several guys especially high end guys that he’s lost for boot for four maybe five blue chip guys off that he signed up this last class have already transferred out so he’s the guys aren’t sticking around him so it’s basically not able to keep these guys signing on the team is just the office is not getting better. He first played Adrian Martinez I he’s been was good pretty good as a freshman was not good and got injured as a sophomore has been inconsistent as Jr. Played McCaffrey a little bit. I didn’t think that half was that good upgrade. I’m over Cafritz hurt because I know Martinez is back in, I’d have to look into it more. But I don’t know about rasca It’s tough. It’s it’s just, they’re gonna have a long leash with him. That was their guy. They served the he was a hottest candidate. He could have gone to Florida, he could have gotten UCLA, he could have an Oregon job opening up, he probably would have been a candidate there on the rasca won, and he went home and after three years, I’m not gonna lie, it ain’t been pretty. It’s not been pretty for Scott frost. Kenny, turn it around. He’s recruiting decent, another class probably around that 20 range. But I don’t know. I really don’t know. If you were to ask me right now. I’m a skeptical eye after one year, I’m like, he just doesn’t have talent. We used to get these players in place as their second year without upgrade a little bit more and more people are talking about them as a darcars than the last. And then by the third year. I’m like, they’re the same darn team. They were in the first year. He has gotten his players and a lot of the guys that he’s gotten to come in have transferred out what is wrong with the rasca they have better people still, even with guy transferred out then the other teams in the West and Purdue, that Illinois, then Wisconsin, Wisconsin is a little closer, but incessantly then I want then are Northwestern A’s that beat those teams. He’s having them. meet them at all. That is that competitive lawyers. So I don’t know more about Scott Foster. I hope we can turn it around. He’ll get five years. He could go five to seven next year and the next year for four and eight. And by that fifth year at four and eight. If it’s his fifth straight losing season, he might get fired. get five years. I’m telling you if he wasn’t Scott frost if he wasn’t a hot coach,

his first three years. As right now he’s, um, foreign aid five and seven. It’s two and five. So that’s he’s gonna end up at three and five. Mike Riley’s first three years, six and 7947 there’s no he had no winning here. Even his first year he made a bowl game. Just sayin. I’ve just not seen that washed improvement. They got rid of bolt please be nice and do too much. First 892 even six and six. So I hope it turns around. Always Nebraska fan art. A pretty in Indiana, really and Jeff runs another one that I tell a lot more what he’s gonna do. I thought he was gonna do a lot more productive than he has. They are once again and I’ll cut the record specifically, by the way for like three and four. Maybe if they win, they would be biological eligible, but I’ll take the beat Indiana. Again the Onyx Fiesta Bowl if they went they will be in the festival. I believe we’ve seven in one day we’ll make they’ll definitely probably in the top 12 and the cause will play if it has the chance a land festival, probably the PAC 12. recipient, Oregon or USA. So it’s been a good year Tom Allen’s a good coach, Tom Allen. Auburn. I don’t know. I’m just trying to think of people who win with a trying to think of people I know be funny about it. But I’m trying to be up people that with less talent or beating teams have better talent. They keep on going back and always getting like one called good recruiters. And I’m telling you when you’re the fourth best team, I don’t necessarily think right recruiters, what great recruiter is if your goal one of the best teams, and you can’t get all those best players. And you’re like oh, maybe you’re not sufficient, not all of the offense or defensive scheme and you can hire really good coordinators off double Sweeney. Right is great offensive line. So that’s a good example but it so so’s like Lincoln Riley, but the secret of a coach they can you know, Java Sweeney, it was never a coordinator but he got great office coordinators around them Tony Elliot and Scott and and Brett Venables, a defensive coordinator and he just is the face of the CEO and the face of the press. Ran and does the interviews. And that’s what he does. And that that kind of guy can be a great recruiter and a great culture guy. If you’re able to get better people in the rest of your conference, not Clemson or not Oregon, and thing is Auburn gets good people, but they’re in a very, very tough conference pass what I want to really put an onus on, it’s not that Auburn does not get good people. It’s the fact that their conference Vale the equivalent of let’s see do equivalence of either roster, they currently have the number 15 most talented roster in the country, which could pull up my formula here, my team talent formula takes a baseline basically the highest rated players get the most points up or they change it up this year. Third years I’m going to do it um, I usually change it up every year. Basically, I get highest totals to the highest rated players further to four, seven to composite rating. As your players get the most points and it descends basically, if you’re low rate player get very few points. I also add in the class average. So your average your average per player was 90.97. For your class, I add that into the score. So anyways, according to my data auger is a 15th most talented roster Well, in sec, Georgia, Alabama, Florida LSU, Texas a&m, Tennessee all have more talented rosters. But Fars baseline this year than Auburn, so that’s 123456. Now there’s been years where they’re better than a&m. They’re better than Tennessee, but they normally are better than Florida. LSU, Georgia and Alabama. So equivalent to that, let’s say in the big 10 would be like they’re the equivalent of Nebraska, Nebraska. Now Auburn has better talented Nebraska, but equivalent from

Nebraska as the fourth most talented actually, you’re going to go by directly mind you do Wisconsin this year. Anyways, so I’m looking at something like Nebraska or Wisconsin in the PAC 12. It would be like Arizona state who has a 360-728-2938 most talented roster, but they have the fourth best in the ACC 12 and ACC you’d be like North Carolina backgrounds. You did a good job there, by the way. Oh, now’s a really good hire. Um, so you understand I’m saying that so North Carolina had Matt Brown. Mack Brown is a good coach. He’s a proven really good coach. He can recruit. But he also knows how to run an organization. He obviously won a national title. He had a very successful first run. I know it’s gone. That’s a good hire. I’m Wisconsin use them. Paul. Chris is a good coach. He’s good organizational coach. He knows how to utilize the talent, the culture that has in place on Arizona State. I think her Edwards is doing a solid job. They’ve had a tough year this year because the COVID they’ve only got three games and but I think he’s done a better than average job is 85. Last year, I think it was similar to that the year before. And so now, would they be happy with the results of Arizona state they might be happy with Scotts Mike results at at Auburn would probably North Carolina and Arizona state but that’s coverable they’re not as good they haven’t had as hell. So even if you get the town, let’s say you get the talent better. They they’re maybe top four, they’re still not the best. So you need a coach, you know, Ken can be able to get over the hump on a yearly basis over Georgia, Alabama LSU by just being a better be able to utilize that talent you have. And you have to think that that guy’s a shirt sort of thing. You have to trust that guy. He can do it. And that’s what Tom Allen let’s Matt Campbell. a sec. All right. I mean, am I missing something? catches harbor on someone who’s a great recruiter. And I want Mario but I don’t think Mario would have Indiana’s record or you would probably not be that good in India. He would not he would not be very good at I would say he would not I would say would not be playing for big 12 Marcus ball as a coach. He could get there. He even probably the best talent they’ve ever had because he is really that good recruiter. And that is an important piece. Yeah, I’m digressing. I’m really stuck on that because it’s really going on. The Oregon sphere right now. Um, anyways, this week, what do I think? I went to Nebraska Packers Purdue Indiana, Ohio State Northwestern big 10 championship, it’s at noon on Fox. Um, Ohio State obviously got ended up going back and redoing what their requirements were, which I agreed with on their argument was that they would have won the tiebreaker over Indiana due to head to head infrastructure, they would have put it in a big one they had to add so therefore, they should have been the champion and I actually agree with that they’ve only played five games I believe last day. Um, I do think more than anything, I think just the lack of repetition the lack of just you know, you’re playing five six games you you’re gonna be healthier, I guess. But you know, I haven’t played Alabama’s 10 nor nordeus 1011, Clemson sanlorenzo when they let’s say from say, I think they’d be Northwestern, I really do. I’m gonna just pick them in that game. I might as well pick all these games. I’m gonna take Rutgers in the Nebraska game, I would take Indiana and Purdue game, and then I would take the last day to win the big 10 championship and I do think that’s enough to get them way off. But I think that Ohio State will maybe just just not be clicking at the same level that let’s say, I personally think that Clemson beats our name I think that makes Notre Dame I know people will say well they should be a third but I think they want to will not want to reschedule Clemson vs Notre Dame again. So I think they’ll be the fourth CB nor name and the nor name of play Alabama and Ohio State would play Clemson and I just think Clemson playing those that many more games it just puts them at a disadvantage I as of right now. And that’s 14 that’s why they might laugh is just to cut to the chase. I think chaos could happen by all thinking Well, um, I think I would pick Clemson as of right now because I just think that you they played more games and it just be clicking at a higher level than a lot of state. And I think some of that just lack of overall games not really played great competition either. I mean, Indiana’s good team, but I mean, Northwestern will be a pretty good team. But then all the other victories are over below 500 teams, Michigan State and state, Nebraska, and Rutgers all all those teams are some below 500 teams, so I don’t think their schedule isn’t that tough. In the one game to play against a better team 42 to 35 and they really struggle that second half especially defensively. They’re good probably struggling to serve Lawrence, Travis CGN, the best quarterback possibly college football, and maybe the best running back and a good defense stick could for some turnovers. Indiana force turnovers field I think it’d be tough. I think it’s a good edge sort of I would take Ohio State to win that game. And I don’t think I’d take them to a Nash stop to do the talent though. So that needs to be brought up. Minnesota versus Wisconsin have so impressed with Minnesota what they did. I don’t know how many of those guys are back. At maybe we’re gonna try make it happen again. Wisconsin, the whole COVID situation which document a couple of weeks. They just never seem to come back. They did just I just haven’t thought they look good. It’s the first two games this season. And then they’ve lost three in a row. And I just don’t think they’re very good team at this point. Washington didn’t play their last game against Oregon due to COVID outbreak, the winner was gonna represent the North, they just don’t play so then they get to go to the conference championship. Honestly, it’s been fun to watch to a certain extent because it’s been pretty fun to see at three of the Washington three and to Oregon three and to Stanford. Two and for Oregon State one and three Cal and then hold Yeah, the only three games for also wanting to Washington State. But the games are all pretty good. It’s been pretty close, pretty highly contested. If you’re asked me who I think the best team in the North is. My answer would be I don’t know. I don’t know. I had no idea. I saw them all. But I watch more basketball probably to do the conference. I have no idea who I’d say the best team is. Oh, I mean telling you you have to probably go with Oregon, Washington. I mean baseline it’s definitely that and still like the explosive talent

Just very odd when I looked at Oregon’s is to get Oregon the first couple weeks turn the ball over, but really, it just looked great offensively. I mean, very efficient. And this was like the best offense in dice on Pac 12. last couple of weeks. Man, that really was not the case. Um, they had some moments since UCLA they had some moments against Oregon State’s Bishop February in the first half by cow they hardly had a day really did very little offensively. And it was pretty disappointing defensively I had not been really impressed with Oregon the whole year actually the one best game Oregon looked defensively was last game if I were to pick so I picked USC Oregon game again off the Oregon’s my team that’s the 1am I talking about the most um I did like I said at the defensively they had eight sacks the first four games the last game they had four sacks they had 16 tackles for loss first four games last game they had eight um, I just thought overall they played harder they played faster. I liked the defensive backs, made some plays back there, they didn’t give him a ton of running yards. I liked how the defense flopped. Conversely the offense which was a top scoring offense the conference led to conference in yards on for 10 yards play the last game and now that you go back to the second half Oregon State and even how it was a lot of gay versus UCLA first of all turn the ball over too much they’ve turned the ball over I think a lot of times this year um then just like guys defense a lot of pressure on show um overall inconsistent running the ball I think last game guys I think had a little bit of trouble getting open. Now no Kalin really is really Wilcox is a very good defensive coach. He also had some very good D backs that combines on the best defensive backs in football definitely the conference. So I understand that then the game might have been they really schemed up in the plan while but man I didn’t like it I didn’t like the second half really against Oregon State here I thought dolphins kind of like there was times that they could have put the game away and they just didn’t do anything.

hopefully they can come up in this week play good. This isn’t UFC defense which is statistically Okay, they give up yard so pretty there. You kind of bend up right they forced turnovers actually forced a lot of turnovers there. They’re definitely in the plus range for turnovers. But you can run them um you can also throw the ball especially in the middle of the field on the defensive at the the linebackers in particular not great coverage on the get after the quarterback. They’re not like super consistent they get up in spurts straight Jackson’s a good guy off the edge but they’re not like consistently get off off after the quarterback if some good defensive backs to tell him a fungus probably the best safety in the PAC 12 couple good solid corners like Griffin chrissteele but I think this is a terrific defense. They definitely get a lot of yards they get a 500 some plus yards to UCLA. They got ran on and usually like and run pretty good. So if Oregon can be physical 14 can get downfield in get the run game established he could go the top, especially down the middle of field Oregon has 100 compromise already Jones I think Johnson Spencer what they have some really good tight ends. And even a guy like Devin waves a bigger wide receiver get him down the field getting vertical, especially down the middle of the field. I could see them doing some pretty good things on USC is far as USC USC has not ran the ball very good. They have one of the worst running offenses in the background. qualify they’re very they always are good pass the ball. They have great wide receivers Tyler Vaughn’s Drake London, I’m on Ross a brown I think it’s sold about probably the best ridership group. It is best ridership group in the back off and they protect full service pretty good. But Ryan Well, not very efficient, they are very consistent and I believe they’re tough Rhinebeck might be out for the game 5am mama Hey, I, um, if they can’t run if Oregon can basically say be described in Oregon stop the run in basically forced them to run and drop back in coverage. I definitely have to give up yards but if they can force couple turnovers, and they can be stingy in the redzone maybe they can play like they did against Stanford, or like Hayden did in the second half against Washington State. And if they set the wrong they can get the ball down the field especially down the middle of the field. I think they can definitely get yards and they score. It is pretty close game I really do. It’s lines pretty close. It’s a three point edge for USC, which I would use is one of their games. Oregon has it but Oregon USC has won three games in the last minute, literally and I’m kidding. They beat Arizona State in the last minute down by 13. With four minutes left, they came back and won. They beat Arizona in the last minute and then they beat UCLA and actually fell down by field goal. 50 seconds left, drove down and scored a touchdown. 16 seconds left. Um, man did a lot I don’t think Arizona say you’re talking about a different year for USC. There have been a couple by a thread and they’re able to make it to the title game undefeated reason why that I get a playoff lot is because they just haven’t looked that good. Um, even though two victories that they won by a lot more Utah and Washington State, Utah State had a combined 10 turnovers.

They basically you remember the Washington State game that I saw, I think they gave them plus field advantage on like three of the first four series is pictured the turnovers. So they were working on shorefield and USC to capitalize on but I don’t know I’ve not been unbelievably impressed with USC. that I ended up losing that game but I thought they’re gonna win that game. Washington props to them came back at home. Um, but Utah’s pretty good. There are three two team and if they had blown that lead the Washington there before and one and they could have an argument over there in the in the south for the last two years. I don’t really have an argument but they’ve looked a lot better than I initially saw them. Stanford versus UCLA. Honestly both the scenes have been a lot more impressive. A UCLA has actually been a very good team for three and three. Straight up outplayed USC for most of the game, made some big mistakes gave up the game winning touchdown. 16 seconds left. It was kind of a tough loss. They played my dogs I thought they played it out find a game unfortunately made a couple mistakes in that game that cost them um. Ah, Mike Sanford’s a pretty good UCLA had a tough loss. I said it was a tough loss on it. Stanford is not an acceptable bed, but I think they’ll come out and play a very quick game. I’m gonna take Stanford, I just think that loss for UCLA might have taken their sales out of Arizona versus Cal got canceled. So I’m not going to talk on that game. So yes, the Oregon Washington Oh, last game, Colorado obviously got cancelled with Oregon, so Colorado seven appointment, and till the very last game will be at night on Saturday. It’s Oregon State versus ASU, Oregon, say unfortunately had some injuries. And that’s hurt than the last two weeks. I just don’t think they’ve been as good. They still add post losses to Utah and Utah and Stanford and me they did they beat Oregon. They had very close losses to Washington, Utah and Stanford. They’ve not had a bad team. I think it was always pretty good. Actually. It should have been USC stretch should have won that game. And then after three weeks off, they had to play a pretty good UCLA team. They didn’t win that game. And then they just blew Arizona off the off the field. I think they come on I think Arizona State wins that game. So that would make bowl eligible in such a wonky year. I think that make 123 my calculations will San Francisco on 3456 bowl eligible teams, but then I do not believe that. There’s only four bowl games. So it’s pretty much top four teams. So that’s interesting because of Oregon last Oregon would be three and three. And I believe with winning records there would be By my calculations of one to one I’m not going down Count 123 Okay, it’d be only three teams away records available to go then my calculations. Well, then Oregon probably be the fourth team. Um, so I was just thinking they might be able to make a bowl because I think only for Pac 12 teams can make a bowl but it looks as if they’d probably be the fourth team or however that works out. I don’t know how they would do that. But anyways, okay, guys, I am done. Look forward to this week. It is National signing day early signing day period. I’m coming in the big 10 of the PAC 12. I probably will go over next week. That’s actually probably what I’ll go over along with the bowl matchups on who exactly signs in the big 10. Ohio State is the number two class in the country by far the best you can ask the PAC 12. Well, by far the best class in the big 10. They have just an amazing class on they might end up with a number of class in the country. So look for them. Michigan is currently number nine I believe they there’s some teams behind it are going to sign some pretty good guys, I Michigan might not hang in the top 10 but they’re still gonna have a top 15 class which is very good. I think when all said and done a Wisconsin’s in the top 20 they might hang in there. I think Nebraska is in the top 2025 range, they normally have a top 25 class. And then I think Penn State is in the top 25 they’ve actually been state has had a lot of classes in the top 10 under Franklin, I think this is probably one of his not stronger classes, I still think he’s able to get it done and is able to income top 25 level class. So that would take you about five teams the big 10 that means the top 25 recruiting rankings in the PAC 12 Oregon is number six right now. Um, there’s a couple teams and below them that I think are Alliance guys that jump over them, but I still think they have another top 10 class, it’d be more Oh crystal second top 10 he’s had all four of his classes in the top 15 three of his classes have been too expensive and number one in Pac 12 I think he has the top class the big Pac 12. But USC could have a pretty good ending. And USC currently is number 14 class, but you will see his crystal ball favorites the divorce of a crystal ball and predicted the land probably about a five star inquiry form in the top 100 guides here right top 100 quarterback in Jackson darts and then there’s a couple other guys that they are rumored to flip possibly rashaan Davis mlsu the top 100 guy if they’re able to get all those guys the boat flip the one guy they might end up with a top class the big in the back 12 so it’ll be Oregon or or it’ll be Oregon or USC. I actually I think cows in there right now. But cow actually gets a couple guys that might flip. Um, I don’t think

Washington’s on edge, but they’re not really trending for a lot. I could see very possible scenario where Oregon and USC both end up with top 10 classes and no other team in the PAC 12 event ends up with a top 25 class. Um, it’s pretty just not going that well from last season. The Pac 12 and Oregon USC, we’re playing through the virtual title are have by far the two best classes. And I think moving forward, I think the talent level between those two and the rest of conferences. Like right now they have the two most talented rosters according to my team talent formula, you have Oregon at who you have go see a 12 V of Oregon at 14, then you have like Washington, 19, Stanford at 20. But I think the gap is gonna get even bigger. I think Washington Stanford are probably going to even head more that direction. Because there’s some other teams behind them. Like specifically thinking about North Carolina who’s acquiring a lot of talent. So I could see Stanford in Washington, maybe not even being in the top 20 next year. And then you will have Oregon USC be top 10 ish. borderline. And so I think the talent gap in the in the PAC 12 is starting to be a little greater, which I actually like, because a part of the reason why teams like Ohio State and Clemson and Oklahoma. I don’t think the big 12 is that great. I definitely don’t think ACC is that great, big Ten’s a little better, just better coaching better programs. But there’s still such a talent gap that they’re able to dominate every single year and get into playoffs. The Pac 12 hasn’t had that. The teams haven’t been that good is too much parity, no one gets in the playoffs. But I think now if you have an Oregon or USC and they can separate then you can have two really good teams and they can play each other for the title every year. Winner can possibly make the playoffs if they only lose one games. And I think you’ll have enough talent with a top 10 roster to compete be at least on the Oklahoma ish level. Or you know so that’s good. I like how and that’s why Mario is good. Mario is good because he gets a talent now. I’ll go back Mario can still be getting he can get topping classes but he still could be losing the cow. We still could lose Oregon State a so could lose Arizona. You still could be having a loss here and there though. Like Arizona State like why are you losing to them? That is something he needs to figure out how he can get his guys to play to the level of talent on a big play in clown faces.
