The Colts are signing left tackle Eric Fisher to a one-year, $9.4 million deal to protect new starting quarterback Carson Wentz’s blind side.
The Chiefs released Fisher in March to help them get under the salary cap. He was selected to his second Pro Bowl last season.
Fisher struggled early in his career after Kansas City used the No. 1 pick on him, but in recent years he began to live up to at least some of the potential the Chiefs saw in him in 2013.
